Background: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem resulting from energy deficiency occurring from pregnancy until two years of age. This condition leads to impaired cognitive and physical development, increases the risk of non-communicable diseases, and impacts the reduction of quality of life in adulthood. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal anemia history during pregnancy and stunting severity in toddlers aged 6−24 months in the working area of Bagu Public Health Center, Central Lombok Regency. Method: This study utilized an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The respondents consisted of 43 mothers of stunting toddlers aged 6−24 months in the working area of Bagu Public Health Center, selected using a total sampling technique. Research instruments included Maternal and Child Health (KIA) handbooks and questionnaires. Data were analyzed bivariately using Fisher's Exact Test. Results: Of the 43 respondents within the stunting toddler population, 9 mothers (20.9%) have a history of anemia during pregnancy, while 34 mothers (79.1%) have no history of anemia. Bivariate analysis using Fisher’s Exact Test yields a p-value of 0.706 (p > 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between maternal anemia history during pregnancy and stunting severity in toddlers aged 6−24 months in the working area of Bagu Public Health Center, Central Lombok Regency. Conclusion: There is no relationship between maternal anemia history during pregnancy and stunting severity in toddlers aged 6−24 months in the working area of Bagu Public Health Center, Central Lombok Regency.
