Abstract

Large-scale digitalization processes dictate the need for a deep sociological understanding of the real practices of interaction between the state and entrepreneurs, which makes the study relevant. The work aims to identify key communication channels and barriers that determine the nature of relations between government agencies and entrepreneurs in today's reality. To address the research objectives, the theoretical and methodological framework was compared with empirical data obtained through a survey of representatives from various businesses in the Novosibirsk region. The main result of the study was the discovery of a pronounced institutional mismatch: the successful implementation of digital technologies in the fiscal sector contrasts with a pronounced information and infrastructure deficit in the field of business support. The scientific novelty and value of the work lie in the sociological fixation of this digitalization imbalance. The practical and scientific significance of the article is determined by.
