Evidence of imprinting system changes in the human breast with age.

Imprinting system changes can include modification of expression of a group of genes which includes transcripts associated with the Prader-Willi Syndrome. We demonstrate here that expression of the imprinting associated gene Pwar5 was among those whose expression differed most significantly with age.

Abstract

Imprinting system changes can include modification of expression of a group of genes which includes transcripts associated with the Prader-Willi Syndrome. We demonstrate here that expression of the imprinting associated gene Pwar5 was among those whose expression differed most significantly with age.
