Stakeholder Engagement and Organizational Agility On Quality Service: Strategic Governance Program Stakeholder Engagement and Organizational

This study aims to assess the effect of organizational agility and Stakeholder engagement on the service quality in the Roble Shipping Co, at North Rec., Cebu City during Calendar Year 2026 towards Strategic Governance Program. Descriptive survey was used to gather data about varying subjects. There were 100 respondents in this research composing of ten (10) employees, fifty (50) Passengers and forty (40) shippers and were chosen in random. These client respondents avail the services of the company. Overall, the findings demonstrate a consistent pattern in which all dimensions of quality service delivery significantly affect all dimensions of quality service status. The major gap identified in this study lies in the difference between the company's acceptable customer perceptions and the moderate implementation of its service delivery practices. This finding suggests that existing operational systems may not yet be maximizing their potential to provide excellent customer experiences. In conclusion, the company should strengthen response management systems, establish clearer service standards, enhance schedule monitoring, improve customer communication channels, and provide continuous employee development programs focusing on customer relations and service efficiency. Based on the findings, the null hypothesis is rejected since all p-values (0.00%–0.17%) are lower than the 5.00% level of significance. Therefore, there is a significant relationship between the extent of quality service delivery and the status of quality service of the company. Based on the conclusions reached in the service quality in the Roble Shipping Co, at North Rec., Cebu City during Calendar Year 2026 is highly recommended that Strategic Governance Program be considered for implementation.
