USING INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT INDICATORS TO ASSESS THE VALUE AND INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES

The article examines issues related to the role of intellectual capital and technological indicators in the implementation of an innovation-driven economy and investment management. It proposes an integrated intellectual collaboration model that encompasses human capital, organizational knowledge, assets, digitalization, and the enhancement of research and development (R&D) capabilities. Based on official statistical data from Uzbekistan and legislation concerning innovation, the study analyzes the impact of intellectual resources on enterprise competitiveness and investment attractiveness.
