ANALISIS KINERJA STRUKTUR GEDUNG LABORATORIUM KESEHATAN DAERAH DI SALATIGA TERHADAP BEBAN GEMPA

Indonesia has a significant seismic hazard because of its tectonic setting. This study evaluates the seismic response of a three-storey Health Laboratory building in Salatiga and assesses the adequacy of its minipile foundation. A three-dimensional structural model was developed in SAP2000 using response spectrum analysis in accordance with SNI 1726:2019, while foundation behavior was evaluated using SPT data, Meyerhof-based bearing-capacity calculations, and AllPile. The seismic parameters adopted for Salatiga were Ss = 0.9521 and S1 = 0.4236, with site class SD and Seismic Design Category C. The Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame system was used with response modification factor R = 5. The cumulative mass participation from 12 modes exceeded 90%, and the interstory drifts remained below the 100 mm allowable limit. The proposed foundation consists of 300 × 300 mm minipiles with a length of 4 m. AllPile produced group capacities of 2688.894 kN, 1918.7 kN, and 1659.1 kN for corner, edge, and interior columns, respectively. Settlement remained below the 25 mm allowable value. Overall, the evaluated structural and foundation systems satisfied the applicable safety criteria.
