The Mundane Path of Heart-Tempering: 58 Essays (Book 7)`
Hong Chen Lian Xin Lu (红尘炼心路, "The Mundane Path of Heart-Tempering") is the seventh book of the Cancan series: 58 short essays, about 99,000 Chinese characters, written in daily life rather than in retreat. A stomachache at five in the morning, a bus ride, a news case, a stranger crying — every ordinary moment is treated as a training ground for awareness. The essays move from micro-observations of the body and emotions to a full framework for power-holders' self-reflection, arguing that awakening does not require leaving the world: the dusty road itself is the furnace that tempers the heart.
