This community service activity aimed to improve MSME actors’ understanding and provide practical experience in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly ChatGPT, as a tool for developing ideas and creating digital promotional materials. The activity was conducted on July 15, 2026, at the Mendalo Laut Village Office Hall and involved 16 MSME actors engaged in food and service businesses. The methods included material presentation, discussion, hands-on practice, and mentoring. Participants were introduced to the use of ChatGPT for developing prompts and creating concepts for business logos, posters, banners, and product flyers. The results showed that participants were enthusiastic about the training and gained initial experience in utilizing ChatGPT to support digital promotion. Some participants were able to follow the practical activities with guidance, while others required more intensive assistance due to differences in digital skills. This activity served as an initial step in encouraging the use of AI to support more independent and sustainable digital promotion among MSMEs.
