PELATIHAN WIRAUSAHA AIR ALKALI KAYA HIDROGEN PADA IBU DHARMA WANITA FKIP UNIVERSITAS HALU OLEO

The aim of the community service program was to improve the knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial awareness of members of Dharma Wanita at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Halu Oleo University, in assessing drinking water quality based on chemical parameters and utilizing electrolysis technology to produce hydrogen-rich alkaline water (HRW). The program was implemented through educational sessions using lectures and discussions, demonstrations, practical training in testing acidity and antioxidant-related parameters, and technical guidance on the operation of the Leveluk SD501 machine. The program was evaluated descriptively based on the participants' understanding, practical skills, and active participation throughout the activities. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding of drinking water quality, which initially focused mainly on physical and biological parameters, and subsequently included chemical parameters, particularly acidity and antioxidant-related characteristics. Participants were also able to perform acidity and antioxidant-related tests on AMDK, supplement beverages, and HRW. In addition, participants demonstrated proficiency in operating the Leveluk SD501 machine to produce various types of bottled water and HRW as value-added products with economic potential. This process represents a Chemo-Entrepreneurship approach, integrating chemical knowledge with technological skills and entrepreneurial opportunities. The active participation of participants in discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and practical activities indicates that the training successfully integrated scientific literacy, technological skills, and entrepreneurial awareness. Therefore, the training provides a foundation for participants to develop water processing technology-based business opportunities in a measurable and sustainable manner.
