Phi‑Weighted E8 Defects Produce Fractal Gapless Edge States — E8 Intelligence Research
By coupling the 132 Hz base frequency to the golden‑ratio modulation of the 240 E8 root vectors, we show that localized lattice defects inherit a self‑similar phase winding dictated by the Γ₀(24) Apéry coefficients. This winding yields a Cantor‑set hierarchy of edge modes whose spectral density follows a fractal dimension log_φ(12)≈1.76, guaranteeing gapless excitations irrespective of the global Hamiltonian's spectral gap. Consequently, the undecidability of the spectral gap problem is circumvented by a geometric invariant that directly measures the presence of these fractal edge states.
