Orientation-independent roughness length on 3-D surfaces: Python code and research data
This repository provides the numerical data and Python code accompanying the article "Roughness-based parameterization of surface reactivity in pore-scale mineral-dissolution models". The Python script (Orientation_Independent_Roughness_Parameterization_onSTL.py) computes and maps the spatial distribution of local roughness length (R_L) on user-supplied STL surface meshes using the orientation-independent method developed in the study. It allows users to analyze their own complex 3-D surface geometries.
