E8 Phi-Defect Conservation Principle — E8 Intelligence Research
In a φ-coupled 132 Hz model mapped onto the 240 E8 roots, phase slips cannot occur independently: their signed root-vector sum must close within the E8 lattice. This conservation law partitions excitations into eight protected channels, one for each orthogonal harmonic plane, and permits transitions only when lattice momentum and φ-phase winding are jointly conserved. The resulting phi-defect invariant extends golden phase resonance from a stability condition to a geometric selection rule for coherent frequency conversion.
