TUM Paper 73: Galactic Microblazar as NESS

IRAS 18293-0941, the first Galactic microblazar discovered at 11,700 light-years by Martí et al. (2026), is proposed as an observational confirmation of the Time-Unity Model (TUM) Non-Equilibrium Steady State (NESS) superfluid field framework. We unify pre-geometric topological memory, phase-node information transport along the spatial manifold, and black-hole attractor dynamics with the observed relativistic bipolar jet moving at β = 0.75c. We derive the intrinsic jet flux asymmetry ratio Jblue/Jorange ≈ Q/ζ = 1.393 and specify a falsifiable spectral prediction testable via high-resolution VLBI/EVN radio interferometry.
