ДИАГНОСТИКА ПАСТЕРЕЛЛЕЗА ОВЕЦ БАКТЕРИОЛОГИЧЕСКИМ МЕТОДОМ

The article presents the results of isolation and identification of pasteurellosis ovine pathogen Pasteurella multocida based on the study of biological (cultural, tinctorial, morphological, enzymatic, biochemical, serological) properties of isolates. Pathogenic properties of pasteurellas were studied by bioassay in laboratory animals. Sampling of biomaterial from fallen and sick animals was carried out in sheep farms of the Zhanakorgan district of the Kyzylorda region during an outbreak of pasteurellosis in lambs and sheep. Bacteriological examination identified 2 cultures of pasteurellas from fallen lambs) - P.multocida No.1, 3 cultures were isolated from sick sheep - P.multocida No.2. A stepwise colony selection method was used to isolate a pure pasteurella culture. Pure culture is used to study the enzymatic and biochemical properties of epizootic strains of pasteurellas, bioassay. Epizootic 5 pasteurella cultures had biological properties typical of bacteria of the genus Pasteurella and were identical with the reference collection strain B-0229 P. multocida biovar ovis. Of the 5 cultures, 2 cultures were selected: type P.multocida No.1 - one culture; type P.multocida No.2 - one culture, distinguished by active growth properties, with a short lagphase when growing on a dense nutrient medium. Biological properties were studied using the selected epizootic 2 isolates, a biopsy was performed in comparison with the reference strain. 3 mice in each group were used for bioassay. As a result of bioassays with P.multocida No.1, all 3 goals. b. mice fell within the first day - 8-10 hours after infection, as well as using the reference strain B-0229 P.multocida biovar ovis; 2 goals of white mice fell from the introduction of P.multocida isolate No.2 during the first day, 1 goal - on the second day. Such virulence - the death of experienced mice in the first two days - is characteristic of especially dangerous pathogens, and for pasteurellas. The diagnosis of pasteurellosis was established on the basis of clinical and epizootic data, pathological changes, the results of studying the biological properties of isolated P.multocida isolates and bioassay in laboratory animals.
