Etika Bisnis Islam dalam Praktik Tiktok Affiliate sebagai Model Bisnis Digital

The growth of the digital economy has driven the rise of TikTok Affiliate as a commission-based business model, yet its practice may involve misleading information, exaggerated claims, and a lack of transparency toward consumers. This study aims to analyze TikTok Affiliate as a digital business model from the perspective of Islamic business ethics, focusing on the principles of honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), transparency, and responsibility of affiliates. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach using library research on secondary data, including books, scientific journals, previous studies, and official documents, analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that TikTok Affiliate connects affiliates, sellers, and consumers through content-based promotion and commissions. Islamic business ethics is reflected in presenting product information according to actual conditions, being open about prices and commissions, and avoiding false claims and testimonials. The main challenges include the drive to earn commissions, manipulative promotional strategies, and weak oversight and sharia literacy. In conclusion, TikTok Affiliate can be carried out in line with Islamic business ethics if affiliates uphold these four principles and are supported by adequate platform oversight.
