The growing importance of sustainability has transformed organizational approaches, and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is emerging as a pivotal driver to achieve environmental, social, and competitive objectives. This present study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of GHRM research articles published during 2005-2025, based on Scopus and Web of Science datasets. A total of 4,462 unique articles were analyzed to examine publication trends, dominant research themes, influential papers, and collaboration patterns among countries and institutions. The present study employed RStudio and Bibliometrix as instruments for conducting the bibliometric analysis of the extracted data. Findings reveal a steep rise in GHRM-related research after 2018, with China being the largest contributor, followed by the USA, India, Pakistan, and Malaysia. The key research themes that have been identified are GHRM, green innovation, and environmental performance. Directions for future research emphasize technological advances and cross-regional collaboration.
