Analizando impacto del liderazgo de servicio en adopción de programa anti-plagio usando PLS-SEM
This exploratory study analyzes the impact of servant leadership on adopting an anti-plagiarism program in a Peruvian university, extending the Technology Acceptance Model with the latent variable Servant Leadership, and using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the external model adequately comply with unidimensionality, loadings, communalities, and cross-loadings. In contrast, the results of the internal model indicate that, with the data analyzed, relationships are not significant, except that between the attitude towards use and the behavioral intention to use; hence, servant leadership does not have a significant effect on the adoption of anti-plagiarism programs in the analyzed context. Finally, results and limitations are discussed, proposing possible future work.
