Anisotropic Gravitational Metrology Non-Markovian Quantum Coherence and Multi-Scale Geodesic Regularization within Ternary Dark Sector Interfaces

Expanding upon the Conformal Metric Modulation (CMM) framework, this paper presents a rigorous experimental protocol to validate vacuum phase transitions using a closed-loop cryogenic sapphire optomechanical cavity at 4.2 K. We analyze the 13C nuclear spin-noise under a 1.0 nm geometric constraint at 4.5 GPa, demonstrating permanent dielectric collapse and the exact erasure of the classical Landauer heat dissipation limit. Multi-scale astrophysical simulations using mass profiles of Sagittarius A*, M87*, and Cygnus X-1 confirm the regularizing nature of the balanced ternary compression factor across stellar and supermassive regimes, removing infinite-density coordinate singularities.
