ЭПИЗООТИЧЕСКАЯ СИТУАЦИЯ ПО САЛЬМОНЕЛЛЕЗУ ВОДОПЛАВАЮЩИХ ПТИЦ
According to epizootic monitoring, the infection of domestic waterfowl with salmonellosis was about 7-9%, in wild waterfowl - 2-3%, and according to the results of bacteriological studies, samples from water bodies were positive 9.7%. The purpose of the monitoring study was to assess the prevalence of the causative agent of salmonellosis in waterfowl and to identify epizootological factors affecting the circulation of infection. The practical value of the studies lies in the use of its results by poultry farms to control the circulation of Salmonella spp and reduce the epizootic risk of salmonellosis of waterfowl. In the article, the purpose of bacteriological studies was to study the epizootic situation in salmonellosis of waterfowl, sampling and isolation of the SVP pathogen. Samples were taken from 30 goats of domestic goslings and ducklings; 28 biomaterials from waterfowl of the Almaty Zoo, 32 samples of material from their environment; 20 biomaterial samples from the Shymkent Zoo; 90 biomaterial samples from 30 goals of wild ducks from the ecosystem of Lake Balkhash; 23 biomaterial samples from the Karaganda Zoo; biomaterial from 11 fallen ducks from the avifauna of Lake Balkhash. The article presents the results of a study of 300 samples of biomaterial from waterfowl. For the study, a bacteriological method was used to isolate and identify the isolated three salmonella cultures - Salmonella Typhimurium, the causative agent of salmonellosis of domestic, zoo and wild waterfowl. Biological properties of isolates were determined, serological and biological properties of isolated salmonella cultures were studied. Biochemical analysis of the isolates confirmed a high mobility of bacteria and a homogeneous fermentation profile: salmonella ferment to form acid and gas glucose, mannit, do not ferment sucrose, lactose; serotyping showed: S. typhimurium agglutinates with polyvalent serum salmonella serum ABCDE, with monoreceptor sera O-I, O-IV, O-XII, H- i, 1,2.
