Background: Sexual violence is a serious human rights violation. Objective: This study aimed to describe sexual violence cases at H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Regional General Hospital, Kisaran, in 2024–2025 by age, sex, occupation, marital status, victim–perpetrator relationship, and type of sexual violence. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study used secondary data from Visum et Repertum records of sexual violence cases examined at the hospital’s Department of Forensic and Legal Medicine from January 2024 to December 2025. All eligible records were included through total sampling. Results: Among 77 cases, 76 victims (98.7%) are female, 63 (81.8%) are adolescents aged 10–18 years, 65 (84.4%) are students, and all 77 (100%) are unmarried. The perpetrator is known to the victim in 63 cases (81.8%). All cases are classified as sexual abuse/molestation (100%). Conclusion: The victims are predominantly unmarried female adolescents who are students, and most perpetrators are known to them. These findings support the need for reproductive health education, parental supervision, and improved legal protection for victims.
