Checking the ANGLE_k Contract of kickmix Chemistry Circuits for All Measurement Outcomes
The Verifiable Quantum Circuit Compilation competition (Google Quantum AI, Kaggle) verifies circuits by randomized simulation in kickmix. This technical note describes an exact check, for every address and every measurement outcome, of the ANGLE_k contract that the chemistry-task loader circuits must satisfy, and applies it to 17 distinct circuit sets (11 from public notebook outputs, the organisers' sample submission and 5 of the author's builds). All 17 are proven under both the strict contract (all target values) and the reachable-only contract ruled official by the organisers. The proof is an exact GF(2) algebraic normal form evaluation with a SAT fallback (CryptoMiniSat); its trust base is an encoder of kickmix semantics that agreed with kickmix on 223,040 cases. Limits and prior art are stated. Thanks to the organisers and participants of the competition. More details are available through Kaggle: dataset and notebook. AI-assistance statement: the checker, experiments and first draft were produced with Claude (Anthropic) under the author's direction. Not peer reviewed.
