Butiran Emosional (Emotional Granularity), Agresivitas Bisnis (Microaggressions), dan Ragam Naluri Bisnis (Neurodiversity) bagi Kinerja StechPreneur
This study investigates how emotional granularity, business aggressiveness, and business instinct variety shape the performance effectiveness of StechPreneur among micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Pangkalpinang, Indonesia. A mid the rapid growth of digital commerce, MSE actors are required not only to master technology but also to manage emotional, competitive, and cognitive complexity in running an online-based business. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 20 MSE actors selected through purposive sampling, all of whom actively use social media to market their products. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a bootstrapping procedure (5,000 resamples) to test the structural paths. The measurement model demonstrated adequate convergent validity and reliability for all constructs. The structural model shows that business instinct variety has a strong and significant positive effect on StechPreneur performance effectiveness, business aggressiveness shows a positive but only marginal effect, while emotional granularity does not exert a significant effect. The model explains 85.1 percent of the variance in performance effectiveness with acceptable predictive relevance. These findings imply that cultivating adaptive business instinct is more decisive for MSE performance in the digital era than emotional precision or competitive intensity alone, offering practical direction for entrepreneurship development among micro-business communities.
