Intelligent Knowledge Management System for Efficient Decision Making

Description: The Intelligent Knowledge Management System for Efficient Decision Making (IKMS) is all about improving the way that organisations manage, analyse and retrieve their knowledge through the use of AI, machine learning and NLP. The project is about automating data classification, summarisation and insight extraction in order to reduce information overload and enable faster, more accurate and more informed decision-making. It looks at the use of a Neo4j knowledge graph model to represent the relationships between the information and hence improve the accessibility of that knowledge. The poster outlines the project's aims, motivation, methodology, the technical and practical issues that will be encountered, and the potential applications. The proposed approach is that intelligent knowledge management will reduce the amount of manual work, increase productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making in a range of different areas.
