Cosmological Implications of the Sakin–Mutaharrik Fluid Framework: Seven CMB Acoustic Horizons (Sab'a Samawat), Primordial Foam Expansion (Al-Zabad), and Resolution of the Hubble Tension (Phase 2)

In a companion study (Husain 2026a, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23724656), we introduced the Sakin–Mutaharrik Hydrodynamic Vortex Model, demonstrating that galactic rotation curves across 175 SPARC galaxies (3,380 radial telescope measurements) are reproduced with a global velocity correlation of R² = 96.72% by modeling interstellar space as a wave-bearing fluid continuum without non-baryonic Dark Matter particles. However, any viable alternative to standard ΛCDM cosmology must also account for early-universe acoustic oscillations in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) and the late-time cosmic expansion history H(z). In this second paper (Paper II), we extend the Sakin–Mutaharrik framework to primordial and background cosmology by decoding the subsequent cosmological sequence in Sermon 1 of Nahj al-Balagha by Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.): (1) the emergence of primordial cosmic foam (Al-Zabad), (2) outward expansion into tearing/opening space (Hawa'in Munfatiq), (3) the formation of seven discrete harmonic horizons (Sab'a Samawat), (4) a restrained standing wave at the lower boundary (Mawjan Makfufan), and (5) a protected viscous damping ceiling at the upper boundary (Saqfan Mahfuzan). Formulating these mechanisms into analytic wave and expansion equations, we test the model against official ESA Planck Satellite CMB power spectrum data and 17 observational Hubble parameter H(z) measurements (Cosmic Chronometers and BAO). The model reproduces the multipole positions (l_1 to l_7) of all seven Planck CMB acoustic peaks at 98.73% accuracy and their temperature power amplitudes (D_l in uK²) at 95.38% accuracy—naturally explaining the equal heights of Peak 2 (2580 uK²) and Peak 3 (2540 uK²) via Sakin–Mutaharrik compression-rarefaction asymmetry without dark matter. Simultaneously, the Al-Zabad + Makhd foam expansion law matches observational H(z) data across 0.07 <= z <= 2.34 at 98.25% accuracy (RMSE = 2.18 km/s/Mpc vs. 6.64 km/s/Mpc for standard ΛCDM) while predicting a local expansion rate of H(z=0) = 72.98 km/s/Mpc, resolving the 5-sigma Hubble Tension (SH0ES observed H_0 = 73.04 km/s/Mpc).
