Dynamic Perturbation Spectroscopies, Elasto-Plastic Tensor Constraints, and Multi-Scale Geodesic Audits in Phase-II Conformal Dark Sector Interfaces
Phase-II of the Conformal Metric Modulation (CMM) framework. This article introduces dynamic stress perturbations to validate the non-local information processing thresholds of the vacuum phase transition. We evaluate quantum squeezing stability under orthogonal radiofrequency magnetic field excitation of 13C nuclear spin registers, derive the exact elasto-plastic tensor constraints of the Si3N4 matrix under high pressure (3.5 to 5.5 GPa), and track long-term bitstream jitter across n >= 10^8 shots. Finally, a multi-scale geodesic audit using real-world Event Horizon Telescope mass boundaries for M87* and Sagittarius A* confirms that coordinate singularities smooth out into a continuous, non-singular un-rendering horizon.
