Weather Drone: Edge-Computed Environmental Telemetry, Non-Linear Attractor Dynamics, and Decentralized Atmospheric Risk Governance
This technical report details the Weather Drone architecture, integrating edge-computed telemetry from autonomous stratospheric aerodynamic platforms (Sampo APS-W1) with Takens embedding theorem and non-linear attractor dynamics (Grassberger–Procaccia correlation dimension D2, maximal Lyapunov exponent lambda_1). The platform provides real-time atmospheric boundary layer profiling and Byzantine fault-tolerant decentralized weather telemetry for high-precision energy market merit order arbitrage and extreme storm risk containment.
