Development of a methodology for selecting actors in the industrial ecosystem for exporting artificial intelligence-based solutions

Subject. An industrial ecosystem as an organizational mechanism to support the export of artificial intelligence-based solutions. Objectives. Development of a methodology for selecting potential participants in the industrial ecosystem to increase its export potential in the development and market launch of products, technologies and solutions based on artificial intelligence. Methods. The work of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as the authors' own developments in the field of theory and practice of the functioning of industrial ecosystems, as well as official resources of government agencies and ministries of the Russian Federation, publications in the media and open sources are used. Methods of generalization, analysis, and synthesis were used to develop an integral criterion for the effectiveness of participation in the competitive selection of potential actors in the industrial ecosystem. Results. An integral assessment of a potential actor of the industrial ecosystem has been determined to clarify the possibility and expediency of its participation in the ecosystem. The developed methodology can be used to manage the network interaction of participants in industrial ecosystems at a strategic level to increase the export potential of both individual actors and the ecosystems themselves as a whole. Conclusions. The use of a formalized selection of participants in the industrial ecosystem based on an integrated assessment of economic, environmental and social criteria will make it possible to form a pool of actors with the most essential competencies necessary to achieve the goals of ecosystem functioning. The system of criteria and methodology developed by the authors makes it possible to take into account the roles of individual participants in the selection process, and ensures their interaction in the joint use of resources through industrial symbiosis for the effective implementation of export projects.
