Pengaruh Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, Dan Adaptability Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Tenun Songket
This study aims to analyze the effects of Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, and Adaptability on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises among weavers affiliated with the Lumbung Songket Group in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation involving 28 weavers as respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that Digital Literacy was categorized as good with a mean score of 4.08, Self-Efficacy obtained a mean of 4.13, Adaptability obtained a mean of 4.07, and business performance obtained a mean of 4.05. The regression results indicated that Digital Literacy did not significantly affect business performance, with a significance value of 0.811. Self-Efficacy also had no significant effect, with a significance value of 0.161, while Adaptability had no significant effect, with a significance value of 0.126. Simultaneously, the three independent variables did not significantly affect business performance, with a significance value of 0.338. The coefficient of determination was 0.129, indicating that the three variables explained 12.9% of the variation in business performance. These findings suggest that improving the performance of songket weaving enterprises requires a more comprehensive approach involving other factors beyond the variables examined in this study.
