Bélmikrobióta, metabolom és takarmányozási beavatkozások baromfiban
The gut microbiota strongly influences performance, immunity and disease resistance in poultry. We synthesised 78 studies selected for relevance from 209 records retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (2018–2026) to link dietary interventions with changes in the microbiota, microbial metabolites (short-chain fatty acids, bile acids, indoles) and host outcomes. Across intervention categories, enrichment of Lactobacillus, Faecalibacterium and Bacteroidetes was consistently associated with higher caecal butyrate, better barrier integrity and lower pathogen colonisation. Coding all 209 records showed that none described a commercial-scale intervention trial, and that shotgun metagenomics (5.7%), indole metabolites (1.4%), longitudinal designs (1.0%) and receptor-level validation (3.3%) were rare. These proportions describe the analysed literature rather than the whole field and identify priorities for precision poultry nutrition research The article has an accompanying supplementary file, which is available:: https://journal.uni-mate.hu/index.php/att/hu/article/view/7625/7522
