Impact of Fractal Dimension on Antenna Behavior: Sierpiński Carpet and Koch Snowflake Designs
Abstract This paper presents a comparative study of two fractal antennas—the Sierpi\'{n}ski Carpet and Koch Snowflake-designed with identical dimensions and operating at 2.3~GHz. Although similar in size, their different fractal geometries lead to distinct electromagnetic behaviors. Key performance metrics such as input impedance, reflection coefficient, and radiation patterns are analyzed.
