ANALISIS KONDISI DAN PRIORITAS PENANGANAN STRUKTUR ATAS JEMBATAN MONJOT MENGGUNAKAN METODE BRIDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS) DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Bridges are essential transportation infrastructures that play a vital role in maintaining regional connectivity. Therefore, the condition of bridge structural elements must be periodically evaluated to ensure safety and serviceability. The Bridge Management System (BMS) is widely used to assess the condition of bridge elements; however, it cannot determine maintenance priorities when several elements have the same level of deterioration. Therefore, this study integrates the Bridge Management System (BMS) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish priority recommendations for the maintenance of the Monjot Bridge superstructure. This study aims to evaluate the condition of the Monjot Bridge superstructure using the BMS method and determine maintenance priorities through the integration of the BMS and AHP methods. Data were collected through visual inspections, documentation, literature review, and questionnaires distributed to five expert respondents. The BMS was employed to assess the condition of bridge elements, while the AHP was used to determine maintenance priorities through pairwise comparison, matrix normalization, eigenvector calculation, consistency testing, and global priority synthesis. The results showed that, of the 12 superstructure elements evaluated, 2 elements (16.67%) were classified as minor damage, 2 elements (16.67%) as moderate damage, 5 elements (41.66%) as major damage, and 3 elements (25.00%) as critical, indicating that 66.66% of the superstructure elements were in major to critical condition. The critical elements consisted of the Elastomer Bearing Pad, Girder, and Bearing Joint. The AHP analysis indicated that Safety Risk was the most influential criterion with a weight of 0.49, followed by Failure Consequence (0.36) and Element Function (0.15), with a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.07, indicating consistent judgments. The resulting maintenance priority ranking was Elastomer Bearing Pad (0.59), Girder (0.29), and Bearing Joint (0.12).
