`Unbind the Body: A Plain-Language Manual for Listening to Your Body (Book 1)`
Gei Shen Ti Jie Ge Bang Ba (给身体解个绑吧, "Unbind the Body") is the first book of the Cancan awakening series. Its core claim: our discomforts — weight, pain, nodules, inflammation, emotional distress — are not the body's failures but its way of protecting us and swallowing what we could not digest. Fat is armor the body grew against external harm; nodules are emotional trash bins for swallowed grievances. The book translates traditional Chinese medicine into plain language: the liver is the traffic commander, the spleen the logistics minister, the kidney the battery. No medical training needed — read the manual, and you know where the body is blocked and where the battery is empty.
