EFFECTIVENESS AND IMPACT OF AI INTEGRATION ON TEACHING EXPERIENCES

The fast growth of artificial intelligence (AI) has created strong interest in how it can change higher education. AI tools brought new useful ways into undergraduate teaching, with the main goal of understanding how AI is currently being used in educational settings. Based on a review of recent studies and learning theories, this paper examines how tools such as intelligent tutoring systems, generative AI platforms, flexible learning technologies, and AI-supported feedback are changing teaching methods at the undergraduate level. The findings show that AI, when used carefully and fairly, can make learning more personal, increase student interest, and help teachers make better decisions based on student data. However, important challenges remain, such as concerns about fairness, student access to technology, teacher readiness, and the risk that students may stop thinking deeply on their own. The paper ends by suggesting a practical guide for using AI in teaching in a responsible and educationally sound way, and it calls for cooperation among schools, teachers, and government leaders to make the most of AI in undergraduate education.
