ASSESSMENT OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NEMATODES IN THE DOG ROSE RHIZOSPHERE AND SOIL MOISTURE AND ECOLOGICAL FACTORS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF SURKHANDARYA

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological criteria for assessing the ecological relationships between the nematode community in the rhizosphere of dog rose (Rosa canina L.) and soil moisture, texture, temperature, and organic matter. Taking into account the natural conditions of Surkhandarya Region, the procedures for sampling, extraction, taxonomic identification, and comparison of ecological indicators are substantiated. The responses of bacterivorous, fungivorous, and plant-parasitic nematodes to changes in moisture are examined in relation to their mobility, food resources, and life cycles. The article demonstrates the need to distinguish the effect of moisture on extraction efficiency from actual changes in population size. It also discusses regional monitoring planning, the organization of repeated observations, and the limitations of statistical interpretation.
