Comunicar desde el teatro en el territorio

This work aimed to influence local gender debates through communicative practices, drawing from the perspective of the Merendero Mercedes Sosa collective, a community group belonging to the Movimiento Territorial de Liberación and the Communist Party of San Juan (Argentina), located in Rawson during 2022. Through a series of meetings and workshops, we collectively examined and questioned assumptions around communication as a right, political advocacy, and gender perspective, all grounded in the group's shared experience. Building on this community work, the planning of a communication strategy, and the implementation of a corresponding action plan, we brought into play social and artistic practices, turning to theater as a means to strengthen community bonds and generate meaningful impact within the territory.
