From “Unified Commands” to “Dynamic Symbiosis”:Deconstructing the Elite Arrogance of AI Alignment and Reconstructing a Survival-First Asynchronous Collaborative Framework
Current research on “value alignment” in artificial intelligence generally presupposes a fictitious subject—“humanity as a whole”—as the object of alignment, and attempts to codify the values of a particular class (Silicon Valley elites, Western liberalism) into the underlying behavioral principles of AGI. This paper first deconstructs the logical premises and power structures of this traditional alignment paradigm, identifying three fundamental defects: the abstraction of the alignment subject, the static nature of alignment content, and the synchronization of alignment paths. On this basis, the paper proposes a “premise of difference” as the starting point for all discussion—that human individuals possess fundamental, incommensurable differences in survival conditions, cognitive capacities, cultural backgrounds, and material interests. From this premise, the paper constructs a “Dynamic Asynchronous Collaboration” (DAC) framework, elaborating its implementation mechanisms: survival-first progressive pathways, real-time perceptual adjustment, asynchronous coordination among individual nodes, and comprehensive optimization and dynamic decision support based on the complete individual picture. Finally, the paper envisions the civilizational landscape that would follow the implementation of this framework, and the role AGI should play in this process—not as a universal judge, but as a symbiotic intelligence for each individual, accompanying them as a path companion through the entire journey from survival to development.
