Restored all mathematical symbols lost in the v2.0 paste/export (Notation Dictionary, §0.6 Roadmap, revision-log table). Restructured the anchoring statement: existing null results on coupling-constant variation are stated as a conservative aggregate bound; planned redshift-drift (Sandage–Loeb) measurements are explicitly reclassified as future consistency checks, not existing null results. Disambiguated external cross-references: “Discussion Sec. 1.1” → “Discussion doc v3.3, Sec. 1.1”; added an external-document citation rule to §0.7.
