The rise of mobile health (mHealth) technology has simplified the process for young girls to manage their reproductive health, especially through menstrual applications such as Flo. These applications empower users to track, forecast, and observe their menstrual cycles with increased accuracy. This research intends to investigate how the Flo app, a mobile menstrual tracker, assists female students at MTs Ihyauddiniyah Duren in comprehending their menstrual cycles. This study used a descriptive quantitative technique as its methodology, using a survey method eith famale students as participants. Data was gathered through questionnaires filled out before and after participants engaged with the Flo app to assess shifts in their understanding of the menstrual cycle. The results indicate that the Flo app may enhance students' knowledge regarding the menstrual cycle, including the ability to predict when their next period will start, identify fertile windows, and understand the elements that affect cycle regulation. This is consistent with the advancements in mHealth applications that allow users to independently and timely track their reproductive health.Consequently, the use of the Flo app, a mobile menstrual tracker, has been demonstrated to be successful in monitoring young girls menstrual cycles and serving as an instuctional tool, thus enhancing their awareness and comprehension of reproductive health from an early age.
