Complete genome sequence of Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis strain Jp1289, isolated from a lymph node of a pig in Germany
ABSTRACT Here, we provide the complete genome sequence of the Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis strain Jp1289 isolated from an enlarged lymph node of a slaughtered pig in southern Germany. The strain has a 5,061,038 bp circular chromosome. Genome annotation predicted 4,081 coding genes and 59 RNA genes.
