Draft genome announcement of three species of Ambrosiella , obligate symbionts of ambrosia beetles
ABSTRACT We report three draft genome sequences of insect mutualistic Ambrosiella spp. isolated from ambrosia beetles. Genomes were sequenced using Illumina PE150, yielding an average genome size of 27.2 Mbp and BUSCO completeness of 98.80%. These genomes include the first draft genome of A. grosmanniae , symbiont of Xylosandrus germanus (black stem borer).
