The reason we decided to submit our research through Cytoskeleton was its focus on the pure protein-protein analysis and modelling of Cytoskeleton and its associated proteins. Our work elucidates a domain level interaction between two Chlamydomonas reinhardtii flagellar components, that is, FAP174 and FAP147, present around the central pair in C2A projection.Since the work involved wet lab techniques with in silico techniques, Cytoskeleton presented the best fit to communicate our body of work to the scientific community.

Abstract

The reason we decided to submit our research through Cytoskeleton was its focus on the pure protein-protein analysis and modelling of Cytoskeleton and its associated proteins. Our work elucidates a domain level interaction between two Chlamydomonas reinhardtii flagellar components, that is, FAP174 and FAP147, present around the central pair in C2A projection.Since the work involved wet lab techniques with in silico techniques, Cytoskeleton presented the best fit to communicate our body of work to the scientific community.
