Experience in the use of high-volume plasmafereze in the complex therapy of acute kidney injury
Extracorporeal methods of detoxification have a well-established place in the treatment of many diseases. These methods are often used when traditional methods of reducing intoxication, autoimmune, or inflammatory processes become ineffective. The inclusion of high-volume plasmapheresis in the complex intensive care of diseases accompanied by AKI with myoglobinemia is a promising technology.
