DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTI-CRITERIA INTEGRATED MODEL FOR ASSESSING ENTERPRISE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS AND BUSINESS VALUE
This study develops a multi-criteria integrated model for assessing enterprise investment attractiveness and business value by combining financial performance, market potential, investment risk, corporate governance, innovation capacity, and environmental and social sustainability. The research employs systematic literature analysis, comparative assessment, financial valuation techniques, multi-criteria decision analysis, and regulatory analysis. The proposed framework integrates discounted cash flow valuation with a weighted investment attractiveness index, enabling investors to evaluate both the economic value of an enterprise and its capacity to generate sustainable returns. Particular attention is given to the institutional and economic conditions of Uzbekistan. The model provides a transparent methodological basis for comparing enterprises, identifying value-creation opportunities, and improving investment decisions.
