TITAN ENERGY: A Planetary-to-Stellar Energy Ladder as the Unified Supply Architecture of the TITAN Metric-Control Platform
TITAN ENERGY is a conceptual preprint establishing priority of a civilizational supply architecture for the TITAN metric-controlprogramme (SPACE, PLASMA-AM, OLYMPUS, TEMPUS). Positioning energy as accumulated infrastructure rather than fuel, the concept organizes supply as a Kardashev ladder with quantitative entry gates and degradation paths: planetary (Type I), orbital and stellar (Type II) tiers. The demand ledger spans more than thirty orders of magnitude across the four programme nodes. The planetary tier combines photovoltaics beyond the Shockley-Queisser limit, space-based solar power with a separated vacuum-versus-ground beaming loss budget, aneutronic fusion with direct conversion, and a quantum-thermodynamic layer (information engines, quantum batteries, squeezed-reservoir machines). Waste-heat thermodynamics is treated as a first-classdesign constraint: Stefan-Boltzmann radiation as the only sink, a radiator materials ladder, and a thermal exclusion cone directedperpendicular to the ecliptic. Antimatter is positioned as an energy carrier, not a source; vacuum-energy extraction and over-unity schemes are explicitly prohibited. Limitations and gates are quantified. This deposit (v1) is bilingual from first deposit:Russian original (file TITAN_ENERGY_ru.pdf) and full English manuscript (file TITAN_ENERGY_en.pdf).
