Poetic Form and Aesthetic Unfolding Across Heterogeneous Generative Systems

A finite poetic form may be offered across historically different contexts and participate in distinct courses of interpretation, experience, and creation. This paper examines that possibility through literary phenomenology, reception theory, hermeneutics, pragmatist aesthetics, and the philosophy of judgment. Its proposed generative-relational (GR) account distinguishes poetic offering, receiving configuration, generative trajectory, aesthetic manifestation, and aesthetic judgment. These distinctions enable comparison among systems with different perceptual, material, historical, and normative conditions while preserving the difference between observable uptake and the attribution of beauty. The paper considers the limited role of quotient constructions in aesthetic comparison and develops generative invitation as a possible form of aesthetic praxis under conditions of meaningful uptake and refusal. Its claimed contribution is comparative and conditional: GR descriptions are useful where they clarify consequential dependencies or persistent transformations beyond those already explained by established reception theories. The analysis neither equates generativity with beauty nor infers subjective experience from fluent aesthetic performance. It is a philosophical proposal supported by constructed cases; empirical validation, passage-level source verification, and stronger ontological claims remain open.
