Analysis Codes and Workflow

This repository contains the analysis code required for research. The workflow includes SPEI calculation, multi-window Mann-Kendall trend tests, LOESS smoothing, lag correlation analysis, Bootstrap confidence interval estimation, factor analysis, and logistic regression. Users can run these scripts in a standard software environment.
