The Sub-Thalamic Bypass — Direct Neural Telemetry, Cognitive Depolarization, and the Liquidation of Pre-Frontal Agency
As human cognitive filtering mechanisms adapt to resist surface-level visual persuasion, platform architectures are undergoing a macro-shift toward invasive, real-time neural telemetry. This monograph analyzes the structural transition from post-hoc behavioral tracking to continuous electrophysiological closed-loop feedback optimization. By examining subcortical motor preparation latencies, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) constraints in non-invasive scalp potential capture, and multimodal sensor fusion (EEG, EMG, pupillometry, and galvanic skin response), we formalize the mechanics of the "Sub-Thalamic Bypass." We demonstrate how high-frequency biometric telemetry intercepts cognitive intent prior to pre-frontal consolidation, inducing cognitive offloading atrophy and liquidating sovereign agency. Furthermore, we construct a mathematical failure model governing agency decay under continuous telemetry bandwidth and establish the universal, friction-preserving invariants required to defend cognitive autonomy against real-time neurological enclosure.
