Aproximación teórica operativa para la producción científica
The objective of this research was to establish the epistemic foundations of a matrix for studying scientific production at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda (UNEFM), Ing. Vicente Durán Campus, El Sabino, based on the Triple Helix Model and the integration of ontological, epistemological, sociological, philosophical, and axiological dimensions. Methodologically, the study adopted a qualitative approach within the interpretive paradigm, employing a documentary-bibliographic design with a descriptive-interpretive scope, through the analysis of scientific, theoretical, and regulatory sources using a conceptual analysis matrix and procedures of theoretical comparison and triangulation. The findings revealed conceptual correspondences among the Triple Helix Model proposed by Etzkowitz and Leydesdorff, Merton's sociology of science, Padrón's epistemological foundations, Peirce's pragmatism, and the principles established in the Venezuelan regulatory framework, providing a multidimensional structure for understanding institutional relationships and knowledge-generation processes. It was concluded that the proposed epistemic matrix provides a relevant theoretical foundation for guiding future research on university scientific production and its relationships with the productive and governmental sectors, although its applicability requires empirical validation within the institutional context under study.
