DETERMINAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN PADA PELAKU USAHA MIKRO INDUSTRI KREATIF DIKOTA GORONTALO
Financial inclusion is important for the sustainability of micro creative-industry businesses, particularly in supporting access to formal financial services and business management. However, financial inclusion may be influenced by individual capabilities, technology utilization, educational attainment, and economic capacity. This study aims to analyze the effects of financial literacy, financial technology, education, and income on financial inclusion among micro creative-industry business actors in Gorontalo City, both partially and simultaneously. This quantitative study involved a population of 1,363 micro creative-industry business actors and a sample of 93 respondents selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 1–7 semantic differential scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The results indicate that financial literacy has no significant effect on financial inclusion, whereas financial technology, education, and income have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the four variables significantly affect financial inclusion, with an F-value of 48.650 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.674. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening financial technology utilization, educational capacity, and income capacity to support broader financial inclusion among micro creative-industry business actors.
