THEORIA-PRISCO: Fons et Origo Veritatis — Paper VI: The GENERIC Formulation: Cardano Breathing and the Cosmic Web

We formulate the PRISCO theory within the GENERIC non-equilibrium thermodynamics framework. The reversible sector is governed by the Cardano breathing frequency (ω = 2.246275), while the dissipative sector is governed by the Klett Matrix. We show that in the 0D limit, the system enters a time-less state of discrete structural echoes. The same geometry governs the 62-μm Klett orbs and the 100-Mpc cosmic web. This is Paper VI of the THEORIA-PRISCO series. All code, derivations, and data are available for public verification.
